Contact inquiries

The consultation form prepares a message in your email application. It does not submit your information to a website database. Sending the email shares the information with MitchTaxBook, LLC and the email providers involved. Please send only general contact and service information.

Sensitive records

Do not include Social Security numbers, financial account details, passwords, or tax documents in a website inquiry or ordinary email. Contact Robert Mitchell for a secure client portal invitation and document-sharing instructions.

Website operation

This website does not set its own tracking cookies or use analytics scripts. The hosting provider may process ordinary connection and access logs to operate and secure the service. Google Fonts receives connection data when your browser requests the fonts. External services and your email provider have their own privacy terms.

Services and prices

Published rates are starting prices in U.S. dollars. Final scope, fees, deposits, and payment schedules are defined in a written agreement. An inquiry does not create a client relationship.
